Chelsea will be looking to put a disappointing week behind them by looking for a first home win in the Premier League this season as fellow Londoners Crystal Palace visit Stamford bridge for a 12 PM Saturday kick-off.

The Eagles have made a strong start to the season and sit pretty at sixth; three places and two points ahead of their hosts. Having made a fast start to the season, bagging wins against Southampton and Manchester United, Palace slipped to a narrow 2-1 defeat against high-flying Everton, much to the frustration of manager Roy Hodgson, who was very vocal about the bizarre interpretation of the newly established handball rule this season. Hodgson’s side have gained confidence early doors and with the likes of Wilfried Zaha and Andros Townsend in hot form, Chelsea will have to dig deep to find a way through.
