The All Things Chelsea Team give their score predictions for today’s Premier League fixture against Watford at Stamford BridgeLet us know your predictions in the comments below!

This new feature will see three of our team explain the thinking behind their predictions for the game, and let us know what they are looking out for in the game.

The Featured Three

Ameya (@lampardslegacy): Chelsea 3-1 Watford

Following the disappointing loss to West Ham midweek, winning this game is an absolute necessity, considering Manchester United and Wolves are now just 2 points behind us. If we have to secure Champions League qualification then we have to dig deep and put the horrific display in the London derby behind us, and concentrate on neutralising Watford’s threats – Deeney who can cause our defenders problems (in a similar manner to Antonio) and Sarr (who’s pace on the counter can cause us problems). The return to home turf, albeit without our ever-present faithful, could help this cause as we defeated Manchester City convincingly last time out.

Iram (@IramCFC22): Chelsea 3-1 Watford

We have proved throughout the season that we can reliably penetrate the defence of teams around the relegation zones. I think we will be able to put in a few goals if we are clinical, but we will most likely concede after witnessing the defensive disaster-class against West-Ham. Therefore, my prediction is 3-1 for Chelsea. Let’s hope for a good team performance. COYB!

Jack (@isoncfc): Chelsea 2-0 Watford

Despite what will no doubt be a tight encounter, Chelsea quality will undoubtedly prevail. All of these players have a massive point to prove after the disappointment of Wednesday night’s game. Expect intensity from the off, and goals from the Blues.
